    *Non-urgent Support request (3-5 business days): These requests are handled during regular business hours in the order they come in. Typical examples include content updates, design adjustments, or troubleshooting non-critical issues. If any extra costs apply, we'll confirm with you before moving ahead.

    **Emergency Request (within 1 business day): Reserved for urgent, business-critical issues like a site outage, a broken donation or ticketing system, or anything else that prevents your site from running. Emergency requests are moved to the front of the line and may be subject to additional fees.

    Hosting/Uptime requests are related to your site being online and accessible. This includes outages, downtime, performance issues, or anything preventing visitors from reaching you.

    Content update requests involve changes to the look, feel, or information on your site. This can include text edits, swapping or uploading images, updating event details, adding new content sections, or styling adjustments. The more detail (and screenshots) you provide, the faster our team can complete the request.
